Socialization/training: Dunkin gets along with everyone he meets, and he meets a TON of dogs & people at the training facility where he is fostered. He is learning SIT, is very good with potty training (only a pee accident occasionally if he isn’t let out in time, but usually goes all night!). He’s food motivated, but not food crazy. He has been around cats and is interested but not obsessed.

Crate trained: Dunkin comes with his own crate that he was surrendered with, and he was crated in his previous home and did well. Currently he stays in an enclosed kitchen and does well with that too.

Leash trained: Minimal leash time, but does fine on one.

Activity Level: Dunkin is a true herder and will nip at your feet to play, but redirects to a tug/rope very well and loves that interactive play. He has a decent amount of energy, but not unmanageable as long as he gets interaction. His ideal home would have a doggo sibling to play with throughout the day, or a person who will be active with him.

Fence: He is fine in a fenced yard but could do well with someone who ensures that he gets lots of exercise without it.

Behavior: Dunkin wants to be with and play with dogs and/or people. He’s very playful and sweet, he’ll also cuddle with you on the couch. He has a lovely temperament and will make a fabulous pet, needs basic training to ensure he understands boundaries & appropriate play.
